Each color is dyed separately using either mushroom or plant base dye and some pieces are dyed using a technique called Eco Printing or Botanical Printing.
After dying the silk fabric, it is then sewn into a flower by hand. Each flower pin comes with a hand written label with what dye and what plants have been used.
